Brewing method

1. Pour the dried product into the mattress to approximately 3/4 of its capacity.
2. Pour in water at a temperature of around 70-80 degrees C to prevent the dried beans from burning and to preserve the full flavour.
3. Allow the infusion to stand for a few minutes before the first pull to allow the aroma to fully release.
